Born in Ohio. Loving Nashville. I currently own 3 residential homes. I rent out my two homes and currently living in my 3rd as a primary residence. It has an in law suite that I’m renting as an air bnb vacation rental. Have decided to go real estate full time because I believe this is the key to financial freedom. To actually retiring at a decent age and building a legacy for years to come for you and your family. To teach that it doesn’t take a lot of money to get started just have to now how to get started.
