College Student looking to get into the Real Estate business heavy. Want to connect with like minded people who are interested in building a real estate empire that caters to the needs of the underprivileged. Goals: (Phase 1) Gain capital through wholesale Use capital to invest in rental properties, first single family then multifamily Stack properties, eventually leading into small apartment and then larger apartment buildings then other commercial niche markets (Phase 2) After being established, I plan to start developing creative housing projects (message me to learn more), which incorporate modern/green/smart designs, and multi family projects that can give out super affordable housing that doesnt sacrifice quality, and eventually start a rehabilitation project for those needing to get on their feet.
