Justin Sutton

Hey! I am Justin, Co-Owner and Founder of Sutton Systems, L.L.C. Born in Paducah KY but raised in Fort Mill, SC with strong ties to the southern Indiana area still today. We specialize in creative finance, helping others earn passive income with ZERO experience/money + all the “ol faithful” traditional methods like flips and BRRRRs. I am an avid golfer and former Golf Professional in the golf capital of the world, Myrtle Beach. Time spent serving in the United States Marine Corps, misc. sales gigs, and construction jobs throughout my early to mid 20s left me with an array of knowledge when approaching real estate and helping people. Fast forward to today, I enjoy time spent with my amazing wife (and co-owner) Annika + our two dogs, Chester & Charlie. My #1 goal is to improve the lives of others through professional real estate services…
