I've specialized in residential remodels and additions in the Seattle-Tacoma area since the 1990's and in the last 7 years have focused on creating Air BNB properties and Adult Family Homes (AFH). My specialty lies in planning and managing the projects, while also able to do each of the phases of construction. I also have a deep list of sub-contractors that I have used for years on things that I typically sub depending on the project. I currently have a crew of 3 plus me = 4.
