I have done a small amount of wholesaling remotely from Las Vegas, and currently interested in networking with other wholesalers in South Georgia and the Jacksonville FL area. I am looking to network with fix-and-flippers, and investors who are looking for long-term rentals. I would also love to connect with private money investors that understand real estate; however, they do not wish to worry with management. There are two different scenarios where I can apply your capital. You can get into a deal with a 2nd Lien position, and I will create a term and yield that works best for you -or- you and I can work together on a deal where you can obtain the property under a 1st Lien. Typically if you provide under $50k, then a 2nd Lien position would be the best fit.
