Hello everyone, my name is Justin Vasquez. I'm a new real estate investor and Active Duty Service member in Hawaii. I've been in charge of my team's product production and customer/partner coordinator ensuring industry stakeholders come together and information needs get met. Doesn't necessarily translate well into real estate but the skills I acquired along the way will certainly help. I'm friendly and open to convo's. I lived in the home and had military roomates from April 2015-June 2018 when I got my first renters. I've been a landlord for one year and managed my own property. Real Estate goals: My intent is like many others, I want to acquire single family/ multi family units and make sensible repairs before selling to maximize my return. I'm also interested in small multi family buy and hold strategies that can at least offer 100 per door. My mission: Join REI community to establish partnerships with local real estate investors so that we can collectively pursue opportunities that would otherwise be unavailable.
