I never like doing these but I guess here it is: I am 20 years old and graduated high school with the honors of both Valedictorian and Student Body President ( graduated with a small class of 122 students) For my day job I am interning for a company called MJARE, which is a Real Estate investment and education company. My main tasks for this job include building business systems, producing marketing materials (wholesaling, hard money and rental flyers), building investor relationships by networking and calling, selling workshops/trainings and promoting investor education, and trying to learn as much as possible. I wholesaled my first property in August 2014 and Bird Dogged my first property in November 2014. After which i did a couple hard money loans, another bird dog and purchased my personal home with some partners :). I would love to learn and do more. I love chasing deals, helping others, and building systems to automate business and reduce the everyday headaches. I have several clients who I do this for right now and we both seem to be enjoying the progression. I also love building websites and an online presence. I help my clients do this as part of the marketing strategy. On another note, that is not at all relevant! I hold a provisional patent for an epinephrine auto-injector and I completed 6 months of research for the University of Utah Orthopedics department ( My research focused on finding a new drug delivery method for treating osteomyelitis--- Severe infection of the bone marrow).
