Kaden Blackstock

I am the owner of Blackstock Companies (www.blackstockcompanies.com) and a full-time construction manager. I have over 10 years of construction experience, with 8 years in the United States Air Force and 2 years in my civilian career. I have worked on projects large and small, ranging from building temporary residential shelters to constructing airfield extensions. In addition to my career, I have a number of academic achievements, including an M.S. in Construction Management, a B.S. in Business Administration, and an A.S. in Construction Technology. I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Business Administration. I live in Gulf Breeze, FL, and have been purchasing primary residential homes to rent out. I aim to leverage my experience to begin rehabilitating distressed properties in the community. I have a strong desire to work with my local city and county governments to make a positive impact on the community; however, due to the competitive nature of these positions, I have decided to take matters into my own hands to improve the community directly, provide value not only to my company but also to nearby residents, and enhance the quality of life for tenants.
