Hello everyone I'm Kait. I'm not new to real estate but I have yet to do my first deal. I've been in the learning, researching, and absorbing process for the last 2 years, as well as cleaning up my personal finances. I would be a first-generation home owner and I'm really excited to build wealth through real estate. I am interested in small multifamily properties, single-family homes, and short-term rentals. I work in the non-profit business world and am passionate about economic equity, especially in the housing and employment sectors. Looking to add value to other investors, gain insight, and build meaningful connections with others in the real estate arena.
