I am an undergraduate studying mechanical engineering at UCI. My partner Claudio Armenta and I have decided to invest in real estate in the near future. Our short term goals are to do the appropriate market research to find a profitable city, and learn as much as we can about how to implement the BRRRR strategy out of state. Our long term goal is to raise 100k out of pocket and with private investors to close on our first property by the end of 2021.
