Kamden Williams

Hello guys, I’m Kamden, but you can call me Kam. I currently work as a Chem Ops Tech, and service data centers’ water systems in the DFW. I’m 25, and trying to get my foot into real estate. I wanted to do a house hack strategy, but it seems to not be ideal in my current area (high property taxes, low or no cash flow on deals etc.) so now I am looking into SFHs as rental properties, and doing a 1031 exchange down the road when I accumulate a few. I really want to, more than anything right now, find a role as a part time PM on evenings and weekends to learn the ropes from the operations side of real estate. I’m ready to make some real connections and continue to grow and discover!
