Nashville resident working in sports marketing. I’ve been interested in real estate for a few years now and my girlfriend & I bought our first property in March 2021 which we lived in, updated, and MTR'ed after house hacking it for about a year. We bought another property in 2022 that has a finished basement that we quickly updated shortly after closing & have been renting out since we moved in. Now focusing on updating our side of the house before looking for more opportunities! 2025 goal of getting another house with income opportunities.
