Karen Avery

Bob and Karen are new to looking at real estate for investment income, but have worked on many home remodeling projects with our primary residences over the years in Johnson and Brown Counties. We are planning to invest in buy-and-hold real estate projects involving single-family and multi-family properties and/or flips in south central Indiana. Karen is a public relations professional in the Indianapolis area and Bob has extensive experience in outside sales and product development. He is also a great craftsman and inventor with a very high technical aptitude. We are up to the challenge of being landlords but eventually want to job that out to professional property managers.
