I am a Certified Global Investor Agent. I started my real estate career as an investor with a blanket loan and 10 single family homes back in 2001. In 2003, I became a licensed Real Estate agent selling residential homes. This was not my plan at the time as I wished to flip homes instead. I started to work with clients though, so I continued to pursue real estate sales. I worked mostly in the residential sector and had a large number of investor clients who purchased and sold all of their properties with me. We definitely put my negotiation skills to work, at times purchasing for as little as 50% (or less) of asking price. Eventually, my husband was laid off so we started flipping homes ourselves, and did so for about 9 years. We also became General Contractors and had a full crew of workers. I then pursued Commercial Real Estate, which I truly prefer as I am a numbers girl. Through real estate, I have also come to own and operate multiple businesses. I wish to help others realize their financial goals through real estate. My Real Estate business is mainly focused in the commercial sector. I am able to underwrite an apartment building, nursing home, storage units, office building, etc. to determine whether or not the purchase makes sense, and at what price. Being an investor myself, I am very familiar with buy and holds, flips, BRRRRs, etc. I am looking forward to helping investors (and busy professionals), both active and passive, build their portfolios and achieve their dreams through real estate. I am also personally interested in syndications.
