Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. After retiring from my full-time J.O.B., I read several books and began learning about real estate investing. Today I fix and flip houses and use buy and hold as my backup plan. Over the past few years, I have focused mostly on accumulating rentals but truly love renovating and reselling. I now make my private investors some above average returns while I enjoying flipping houses for building my investing nest egg.
