Karina Seidel

Hi, I'm Karina — an RV and MH park investor and syndicator. I specialize in sourcing and structuring exceptional deals by building strong relationships with sellers, while creating better communities for tenants and guests, and delivering above-average returns for my investors. Over the past six years in real estate, my team and I have successfully managed a small multifamily portfolio across Texas and Florida, handling complex rehabs, fix-and-flips, condo conversions, and both long-term and short-term rentals. We also currently manage a mid-size RV park in College Station, Texas, and are actively expanding our portfolio with additional parks. I’m a graduate of UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a former Machine Learning Data Analyst at Amazon. Outside of work, I’m an avid volleyball and pickleball player, enjoy the gym, and love spending time outdoors. Fun fact: My long-term dream is to open a high-quality adult and senior cat shelter with excellent amenities — spacious indoor/outdoor areas, catios, quality food, and compassionate care — so the cats can truly feel at home, even if they’re never adopted.
