Working on building my retirement nest egg through purchases in my Roth IRA; my objective is to create a financial legacy I can will to my grandsons. I am particularly interested in purchasing out-of-California, where the numbers make sense. I am a licensed real estate salesperson but enjoy the investment aspect of real estate transactions more.
