I'm an Entrepreneur who ran a business in the transportation industry. I now have an interest in the Real Estate investing business. I'm in the process of learning as much as I can, as quickly as I can in this industry. I'm excited that I found this community. It provides the perfect support in every niche of Real Estate that I need to pursue my ambition. Experience: Growing up I impressively observed my Mother, a Realtor in a foreign country, working in this industry eventually becoming an Entrepreneur establishing a Real Estate company. As a result, I've always had an interest in it and now want to pursue it as an investor. Real Estate Goals: • Educating myself to pick my investment model/strategy and then doing my due diligence and homework finding property to match that and accurately analyzing it. • Building my team by partnering/networking with mentors/professionals. • Patiently working smart, working hard and developing an understanding of my risk tolerance. • Mastering managing my cash flow. • Building a steady pipeline of prospective deals always including accurate estimates and an exit strategy. Currently Seeking: Seeking to connect with other Entrepreneurs in Real Estate who know what I'm going through and can enlighten and support me through the highs and lows of running my business through Mentoring/Partnerships.
