I'm a healthcare consultant by day and freelance writer by night in Portland, Maine. Currently owner-occupying my live-in flip triplex in Bangor. I also conduct HUD Consolidated Plans across the United States professionally, so I understand the unique housing and social service needs for low-income individuals.
