Hello! I am the owner of Casas Lindas LLC, a Real Estate Investment and Property Management Company based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. We focus on buy and hold investment properties (long-term and short term rentals). We currently have 3 long-term rental units and 2 short term rentals that are doing phenomenally on Airbnb. We also have a 2 acre lot surrounded by a gorgeous natural river and are working with a team of Architects, Engineers and Designers to transform it into Puerto Rico's first Eco Resort. We are looking to expand our business in the state of Florida & are actively searching for properties with high short term rental potential.
