Katherine Rossell

I live in a small town in Vermont, and work as a behavior analyst in a public school. I am in the beginning stages of my real estate investing journey. A little over a year ago I purchased my first duplex and have been living in one apartment and renting the other out. In October of 2015 I purchased my second duplex and have been renting out those two units. My partner and I are continually looking at more multifamily houses to invest in. Our goal is to make enough passive income off of real estate investments to cover our expenses. After we have achieved that goal, we plan on making $50,000 a month in passive income so we can travel the world and not have to worry about staying in a job just to survive.
