Kathleen Ennis

My name is Kathleen Ennis and I teach at a local community college. My husband is a high school administrator. We live in Modesto, California. We own a few rental properties in our central California hometown: Two single-family homes and a "mother-in-law" cottage that we list on Air BnB. We also own two single-family homes in Pittsburgh. These have been fairly successful ventures for us, though we also make lots of mistakes that keep us learning. I'm here to get advice and share information with others who might learn from our successes and stumbles.. I'm a librarian....I'm all about sharing information!
