Kathleen Washpon

Good Day to you Real Estate Contractors, Thank you for taking the time recently to speak with me to discuss real estate. For your reference, my business is a residential redevelopment company that buys, fixes, and sells properties in this area. We are projected to buy several properties in the next 12 months, and we are looking for a few preferred real estate agents to represent us on the purchase and sale of our properties. Our preferred real estate agents love working with us for a number of reasons including the opportunities to earn more commissions and achieve business growth very quickly, while working with a very educated and dependable company. Please keep an eye out for some additional information that I'll be sending you regarding how this relationship can benefit your business. We think you'll find that working with a real estate investor like us can be very advantageous to your own success. If you'd like to further discuss a mutually beneficial relationship, please contact me at the number below. I look forward to connecting soon. Sincerely, Kathleen Julie Washpon McIntyre  realeflow.com P. O. Box 1649, Rockdale TX 76567-1649 (254) 307-0621 (903) 484-4599 Fax: (855) 420-5984
