About myself
I am a real estate investor. I started in 2005 and purchased a long term rental for a buy and hold. My current occupation is a Municipal Tax Collector for 3 municipalities in NJ. I acquired an out of state short term rental the beginning of 2024 and am now focusing on multifamily to enable me to leave my W2. I am married with two children, one of which will be joining me in this journey when he graduates college. I look forward to connecting with like minded people in the multifamily space.
