Hi! I’m new to BP but have been lurking on the forums and podcasts. I am a full time Registered Nurse in Orange County, CA. I am looking to network with everyone and learn as much as I can to become a successful REI. I am looking specifically for wholesalers with multifamily properties that will cash flow well.
