Kati Ross decided to pursue a career in Real Estate because of her love for people. She has a huge heart for helping others and knows that buying or selling a home is a giant personal decision. Kati relishes the idea of making their dreams of owning a home come true. Personally Kati is very passionate about her family, community and baking. When she is not at work she is spending time with her husband and 3 daughters. Anything they can turn into a family event they do! She loves baking with her 4 year old Sophia; it can be anything from cookies to pies or muffins. Don’t be surprised if she bakes goods for you! Kati has just completed her first year in real estate but has been in the sales and customer service industry for 10 years. She has a lot of experience with clients and meeting their needs. Kati grew up half of her childhood in Comstock Park, MI and the other in Big Rapids, MI! She now resides 20 miles north of Grand Rapids in the small town of Sand Lake where her husband’s family was raised. Kati loves to volunteer and do anything to help out the community! She participates in many activities through North Kent Community Services. Kati has been awarded many Top Sales producing awards along with Favorite Co-Worker of the Year. She is quite a gem to work with.
