Katrina Demidova

My name is Katerina Demidova. Real estate has been my true passion for many years. I have been in real estate sales business for about 9 years now. I started my career selling REO properties and working with Asset Managers. For the past 5 years I have been a director of operations at one of the top producing real estate teams in Beverly Hills at Berkshire Hathaway CA Properties. I have a lot of experience when it comes to a real estate transaction, sales and escrows. However, I would like to shift from sales and concentrate my attention on my own projects and investments. My ultimate goal is to learn wholesale business, have at least 4-5 flips projects at a time and to build a portfolio of rental properties both multifamily and luxury single family homes. I am looking forward to meeting like-minded investors and real estate professionals, to brainstorm, bounce ideas and to build solid professional relationships. Experience: 9 years in real estate sales - REOs, Luxury Properties and recently multifamily units. Real Estate Goals: Interested in doing wholesale deal, flips, rental projects throughout California and nearby states. Currently Seeking: Wholesale deals, flips and rehabs.
