Hey!! I'm 18 and been learning everything I can about real estate for the past year trying to get my foot in the door and expand my mind to as financially literate as possible. Currently I am working alongside a fellow new investor who has the capital to take part in BRRRR's and actually make deals happen. He knows everything there is to know about house renovations from the ground up and working beside him I plan on getting as prepared as possible for when I meet the criteria to be able to invest in my area and maybe even further!!
