I am a country-girl through and through. I love being on my mini-farm with my horses, dogs and husband (sometimes in that order). ;) I have thrown myself into learning about real estate investing the last several months. From reading books while working night shift to listening to podcasts on my 45 minute commute to work. I am actively looking for small multi-family properties, while my husband is a contractor, he is looking for flips. I have been working on becoming debt-free. My house will be paid off soon, I can't wait. I am looking forward to finding my own rentals and managing my properties.
