About myself
I have been investing since 2010. Investment properties range from SFR to Multi-family, flip to rental. Existing rental properties have been cash flowing well. I am looking to expand our current portfolio and am looking for investors who would like to get consistent return on their investment by partnering with us! We do "virtual" wholesale in the Memphis market and have closed about 3+ deals/mo. We are expanding into other markets outside of CA.
