Experience: All together I've done 30+ successful residential flips since 2004. I held a real estate licence for 2 years in the state of Kansas. I have invested most of my time over the years into improving my remodeling skills and knowledge, but now I've turned my focus more towards the investment side. Real Estate Goals: Next years goals include doing 30 or more flips in the greater KC area, as well as training 2 of my full time contractors to help with the management of my active flips. My hope with this is to free up more of my time usually spent on site to network and find more deals. I would also like to diversify a little next year by getting my feet wet into wholesaling and buy my first rental. Currently Seeking: My reason for joining Bigger Pockets is to expand upon my network of people, meet new experienced investors, learn more about real estate investing, and to help others fulfill their dreams in the real estate game. I am currently seeking mentors, and others whom may have questions about managing a flip.
