Hello BP! I run a wholesaling company, Green and Gold Investments across the Arizona market (Maricopa, Pinal, Navajo, Pima, and Yuma counties). We’re averaging 5-7 wholesale deals per month. I’m also an active investor - utilizing the BRRRR and BRRRLO strategies. I currently own and manage 9 units and am looking to purchase 20 more by the end of 2021. (925) 817-7886 [email protected]
