In addition to representing clients, Keelia is an experienced Real Estate Investor who has spent the better part of her life in and around the industry. Keelia was introduced to Real Estate in the 1990’s when she began working at Bel Aire Realty owned by her father who had spent twenty years as a broker in CA. Later, in her twenties, she moved into property management, finally taking over the family business when her dad passed on. Keelia has managed real assets totaling a combined value of 3.5 million dollars, and is familiar with the many elements of multifamily commercial investing. She is able to assist investor clients in building a strategy for long term capital investment both in terms of growth and income. The key to assisting investor clients is locating properties that will meet their individual investment goals. Investing in multifamily is a team effort and Keelia is able to refer her clients to other professionals within the network she has built over the years.
