Hello BP! I'm a full-time fashion industry professional and I've owned my 4-family brownstone in Brooklyn, NY for about 5 years. I live in one unit and rent out the other 3. I'm finally in a position to focus more on real estate investments, as the schedule from my full-time job is extremely flexible. I would like to build my portfolio with more buy & holds, as well as, some fix and flips. I have a network in Chicago, IL, Southwest, MI (near Grand Rapids/Battlecreek/Kalamazoo), and of course New York and the neighboring states. I'm here to learn so any advice, suggestions, or partnerships are welcome! I'll do my part by sharing my journey and contributing to the BP site in anyway I can!
