I currently am investing in all aspects of the business. Mostly consulting, wholesale, and the occasional flip or rental property. I have come across numerous unique deals that require experience in finding the most profitable and best outcome which has worked extremely well for me. I worked for a residential construction company for a year as well to gain more knowledge and expertise in construction. Oh how many pitfalls there are in that realm.
