IT Consultant for just over 10 years. I wholesaled my first bank owned property in 2015. Shortly there after, I quit my W2, and now every day is a Saturday. My inventory consists of SFRs; 3/2....1500 square feet on average. Off Market. Value Add. Vacant. Or properties facing foreclosure. Focused on SOCAL, but I tend to pick up deals nationwide.
