Want to buy rental properties in Arizona (Phx or Tucson) and Colorado (Near Denver, Golden, Boulder, Pagosa Springs). That's the 'dream'. I may branch out to all over the country. Co and Az are two states I could spend a lot of time in. Interested in short-term rentals and long-term. I have owned real estate in the past, but it’s time to get into it not to live in, but for profit. I’m a full-time nomad living in my RV out west on public lands. (5 years!) Yes, I live for FREE! I've hacked the system. Going to put that money to work now.
