I've been investing in real estate for over 10 years. Born and Raised Texas but I moved to Cleveland, OH to take advantage of the depressed market in 2009. Built a company from the ground up. We've bought and sold over 100 properties. And currently own over 40 cash flowing rentals. We've expanded and are duplicating our model into other cities
