Not just out of state, but out of the country. US-German national / US expat living and working in Germany. I started getting interested in real estate in 2016, influenced by my dad. I'm currently 23 years old and work in the family real estate business Brezopoly, LLC. We stumbled across BiggerPockets by searching on Google for real estate-related topics. Experience: I'm the manager of our land investment team, Breezyland. From intake to comps, running due diligence, and then marketing, I have experience in all of it. I work with my boss (and parents) Ken and Christine to make offers and negotiate with buyers, sellers, and any other partners we may need to work with to close on a property. Another great experience I have had is managing vacation rentals and room rentals. It started with my family wanting to gain a little more monthly income and learn what managing real estate is like. I have helped my parents rent out a couple of Villas in Italy and Germany. Real Estate Goals Grow our land investment team to about 5 people by the end of 2023 and start developing land ourselves, to then flip them to developers, consumers, etc. starting in 2024. Seller finance and lease option 20 properties to various buyers, to create a steady stream of cash flow by end of 2023.
