Currently trying to learn as much as I can about multi family rentals, as well as flipping. Looking to buy first property in early spring 2020 in southeastern Wisconsin. At this time, I am looking to learn more about market analysis in particular. No investment properties yet but I hope to change that soon. I am very active with remodeling my personal residence. I am planning on using a HELOC on my personal residence to do a flip, use the flip money to buy a rental property, then rinse and repeat until HELOCs on my rental properties can take the place on my personal residence HELOC. I am a Senior Software Design Engineer at an automation company in Wisconsin. In addition to designing unique software solutions for customers, my position requires simultaneous management of multiple projects for customers around the world. Responsibilities include directing, reviewing and supplementing overseas development, in addition to tracking project timelines, budget and margin. I interact weekly with customers as the main point of contact for all projects assigned to myself.
