I have 2 rental properties that I have owned since 2008. I will be closing on 2 properties in February of 2018. I made my share of mistakes in the past. Choosing bad tenants is one of them. However, I have learned from these mistakes and am ready to take my real estate journey to the next level. I used Bigger pockets to screen my latest tenant search. It worked like a charm.
