I am extremely focused on building up my own real estate portfolio because I do believe it forms the roots for financial freedom. I don't like paying regular market price for anything, because then I'd just be a typical consumer, not an investor. I always believe in looking for undervalued assets, no matter what class of asset I am purchasing. I don't have a lot of practical experience in real estate, but I have done my research, and I'm looking to dive into opportunities and find mentorship. Investing aside, I am very passionate about cooking. My dream is to open my own bed and breakfast one day, hosting and cooking for guests. Passive cash flow from real estate will help me to accomplish this without any worries. I am motivated and always very diligent in committing the time to analyze and investigate a prospective opportunity before diving in - something that is ingrained into my as an engineer - I simply cannot do things without covering all the details. At the same time, I am a person of action and I'm willing to do what it takes to create the future I want for myself. I hate sitting idle and I'm constantly learning through books and platforms such as BP.
