Ken Sato

I'm originally from NYC now in Tokyo area, and have been here for over 10 years. I have a wife and 7-year old boy. I've always had an interest in RE investing, but never took the step, and after moving out here to Japan, felt that RE investing out here was a lost cause with the drop in value of Japanese buildings. But have been meeting people who seem to find ways around it so hope I can get in myself.
