I Purchased my first property with my saving in Feb. of 2015 before discovering Bigger Pockets. It was a condo I got at a steal price since it was bank owned and little fixing up needed. I am now at 13 rental properties since 2025. Real Estate Goals: My first shorter term Goal is to buy 3-4 properties in 2018. long term goal was to reach 10 and keep going from there so when I retire I can live off of "passive ish" income. Currently Seeking: Good rental properties to use the BRRRR strategy. Interested in getting into the commercial space or assisted living facility business.
