About myself
New investor moving into Grand Rapids in September. Currently a mortgage banker in Chicago, IL and will be assisting in opening a new office for my company in Grand Rapids in the next two months. I am seeking deals for fix & flip properties. With my business partner, we are working with roughly $600k in cash and would ideally scoop up two properties for rehab projects either upon completing the move to Grand Rapids or prior to moving into Grand Rapids.
