My name is Kevin and I currently reside in Celina, TX. I am a graduate of the United State Merchant Marine Academy and I've spent over a decade working aboard ocean going vessels and in Offshore Oil & Gas. I'm looking to transition to a career that affords me more options, more control over my own fate and more time with my family. I just recently discovered this website and I'm beyond excited to soak up all this information and connect with local investors and industry professionals. I am currently looking to flip homes in North DFW, mainly Denton and Collin Counties. After creating a bit of a cash roll, I plan to begin including Buy and Holds to build towards long term cash flow.
