Currently thinking about buying a vacation home/condo in New England to rent out most of the time. Also open to traditional rehabs, renovations, fix and flips, etc. Experience: Just getting started....but doing a ton of research, meeting people, and developing my "power team". Real Estate Goals: Just one property at a time for now, as supplemental income.
