Kevin Howe

I've been in marketing and promotions all of my adult life, which at this point counts as a long time! Burnt out on my old profession and fairly new to RE investing as an active pursuit, although I've owned four rental properties for more than a decade. I am doing some wholesaling and selective rehabbing. I've lived in L.A. all my life so I know the area very well, especially the San Gabriel Valley, San Fernando Valley and much of the West Side too.
