Nearing 40 with family of wife and 3 young kids. Have a great 6 figure job, my wife as well, but now am interested in creating more time. Investing in real estate seems to be a solid way to obtain a good median ROI. And I'd like to find a place That I can invest money outside of the 403(b). My oldest child is 5, and within ten years I would like to have strong enough cash flow that I can leave my job and spend half my time on REI and the other half with my kids. :)
