Hey Bigger Pockets Fam.... My name is Kevin and I'm currently living about 30-45 minutes north of Indianapolis. Currently, I'm an investment real estate credit analyst specializing in larger multifamily and commercial real estate loans. I've been in my current role for a little over a year now and have gained knowledge and expertise in underwriting, analyzing, and preparing credit documents for numerous types of real estate from a lender's perspective (loans ranging from $1 million to $100 million). I would be happy to answer any questions you have regarding common loan structures a bank will offer for certain real estate classes, standard underwriting requirements and thresholds for both banks and permanent markets, and other questions you have regarding what a bank is looking for on any given proposal. As I'm sure is common with the majority of people on Bigger Pockets, I would eventually like to be my own boss and get out of the 9-5 job, even though I am gaining crucial knowledge of the real estate lending environment. I'm hoping to secure my first real estate deal before 2018 comes around and am actively looking around the Indianapolis/Indiana market. I'm leaning towards a single family rental for my first deal but am open to all options as long as the deal makes sense. Real Estate Goals: I'm currently 23 years old and am actively seeking my first real estate transaction. I live near Indianapolis, Indiana and am currently looking for deals in the single family rental asset class. Short term, I'm going to make enough annual income by the time I'm 25 to be able to quit my 9-5 and make real estate a full time career. I'm looking to secure my first real estate transaction before 2018 and further scale up from there. Longer-term, I will get involved in larger real estate transactions of over $5,000,000 in large multifamily, industrial, and self-storage asset classes. My end goal is to have accumulated over $250 million in real estate and have a self-sustaining, high-performing real estate empire. I want to retire early and play more golf, spend time with my wife, and travel to some incredible places around the world. Currently Seeking: Single family rentals and flips in and around Indianapolis/Indiana (really anywhere in the Midwest) and other smaller cash flow deals.
